These are digital files delivered immediately, so they cannot be returned once downloaded. Refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically.
If a config genuinely does not work on your setup, message kx0wn on Discord within 14 days of buying. The first step is usually retuning it for your mouse and DPI, which fixes most cases. If that does not work, you get your money back.
Refunds are not given because you changed your mind after downloading, because you bought the wrong config by mistake and already downloaded it, or because your rank did not improve.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually land within five to ten working days.
Your cancellation rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right ends once the download begins, but only if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you are giving the right up. You are asked to confirm both at checkout, and if you have not downloaded anything yet, the 14 day right still stands and you can cancel for a full refund.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights. If the files are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of anything written above.
